Class 4 Visit to Beamish

To learn more about life in Victorian times, on the 19th September, Class 4 visited Beamish Museum – Many thanks to Mrs Holmes, Mrs West and Mr Ridley for accompanying us!

Eliza: “It was a wonderful experience! I liked the school the best: it was very interesting to find out what happened in a Victorian classroom.”

Oliver: “The children had to say ‘Good morning’ to the picture of Queen Victoria, every day!”

Hollie: “It was like living in Victorian times.”

Isla: “It was really good fun and I’d recommend it to anyone who likes history.”

Lakitta: “It was an exciting day."
